Licence

What you can and cannot do with SaaSZero.

Buying SaaSZero gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the source code to build and ship software. The short version is that you can build whatever you want with it, for yourself or for clients, but you cannot sell or publish the code itself.

You may

  • Build and ship unlimited products of your own.
  • Use it for client and freelance work, on as many projects as you like.
  • Charge money for the products you build with it.
  • Modify any part of the source to suit what you are building.
  • Keep using the version you have, forever, including after any future price change.

You may not

  • Resell, relicense, or redistribute SaaSZero itself, modified or not.
  • Publish the source, including in a public repository or an open source project.
  • Share your repository access or licence key with anyone outside your company.
  • Build a competing starter kit, boilerplate, or template from it.

One licence, one company

A licence covers you and the team at a single company. If you are an agency, that includes the products you build for your clients. If a client wants the source to maintain themselves, they need their own licence.

Lifetime updates

You get every update and release pushed to the repository, with no renewal and no subscription. Access does not expire.

No refunds

Because you receive the complete source code at the moment of purchase, and there is no way to verify it has not been used, purchases are final. Please ask any questions before you buy. A walkthrough of the product is available on request.

Support scope

Support covers the template codebase itself: defects, questions about how a module works, and help understanding the architecture. It does not cover your own business logic or customisations you have built on top.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you ship to production with it, including the production checklist in the deployment guide.
